Common Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 x 20ft FCL for bricks or bales (approximately 22–24 MT). For grow bags and discs, please enquire. Sample orders of 1–5 kg available for new buyers.
What certifications do you provide?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (EC, pH, moisture, particle size), Phytosanitary Certificate from NPPO India, Certificate of Origin, and ISO 9001 certification document.
Can you supply custom particle sizes or blends?
Yes. We offer fine (0–3mm), medium (3–8mm), coarse (8–12mm), and custom blends including 70:30 coco peat/chip mixes. Minimum 5 MT for custom blends. Contact us with your specification.
How do you ensure EC ≤ 0.5 is maintained?
We use a triple-wash process followed by controlled drying. EC is tested at three points — post-wash, post-compression, and pre-loading. If a batch exceeds 0.5 mS/cm it is re-washed. COA accompanies every lot.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% advance + 70% against BL copy. LC at sight also accepted. For long-term partners, open account terms can be discussed after 2 successful transactions.
